Very dry woods, apple and tobacco with a shisha-like feel and a slight Fahrenheit association; decent, but not my style.

Reference sources describe Bois d’Ombrie as a dark woody composition with leather and orris at its centre, settling into tobacco, vetiver, patchouli, opoponax and myrrh.

Firsthand reviewExtreme dryness defined this for me, with woods and apple over a dark smoky facet. Something in the structure also brought Fahrenheit to mind.
A later impression still centred on apple and woods, with the same darker undertone. I thought it was decent, but not really my style.
