Firsthand reviewThis felt like a lighter relative of Amouage Gold: animalic, resinous, amber-heavy and very sweet. A civet impression stood out, and once I checked the notes, benzoin made sense as part of the sweetness.
Sweet amber, especially labdanum, remained the dominant theme, surrounded by animalic and powdery facets. It leaned feminine to my nose.
